Order information

For every order, we will send an order confirmation where the applicable delivery time is stated. The stated date is the day we send the product from us, i.e. it will normally arrive to the buyer the day after.

ML Lens program

We don’t store some unusual lens types which means longer delivery times for these items. Which lenses that are concerned is stated in the price list.

Stock lenses

Uncoated: Will be sent the next work day.
With Coat: Within 3 – 4 work days depending on type of coating.

RX Lenses

Uncoated: Within 1 - 4 work days depending on powers.
With Coat: Within 4 - 7 work days depending on type of coating.

ML Optio

15 work days.

Standard articles

Standard articles such as readymade filter glasses, ML Binovas, ML Monos and frames are grouped into 2 categories:

Category 1: When ordering normal volumes (up to about 5 pieces), these will be delivered the next working day.
Category 2: Will be delivered from us within 4 working days.

To which category each article belongs to is described in our pricelist.

Other Products

Delivery time for other products may vary depending on type of product, level of customization and stock levels. Unfortunately, we cannot state any general guidelines.

There will however always be a delivery date on the order confirmation and we can most of the times give you a good estimate if you contact us before you order.

When using our delivery service, Tracked Delivery, our delivery policy is DAP (Delivered At Place). Our partner in providing this service is TNT.

The basic rules for DAP are as follows;

  • We deliver to the address you indicate.
  • The transporter will deliver to your Entrance/Department/Goods arrival.
  • We invoice you for the delivery.
  • We establish all necessary documents for the transport.
  • You are responsible for eventual import/custom charges.
  • We will make all necessary investigations and claims if a shipment is damaged or lost.
  • You must inform us about any transport damage.
  • We need photos that show the damaged parcel.
  • The transporter (driver) must sign the transport documents about the damage, otherwise we can’t make any claim.
  • A transport claim much reach us at latest five days after the shipment has arrived to you. If later than five days, we can’t make any transport claim to TNT (Thus, we cannot help you to cover the costs).
  • You must inform us if a package doesn’t arrive.
  • We must be informed within 15 days of a missing package. If later, we cannot reclaim back to TNT. (Thus, we cannot not help you to cover the costs of the missing goods.
